Grocery Store Tour
Learn to navigate the aisles of the grocery store, read and understand food labels, and make healthier choices within your budget.
May be combined with the kitchen consultation.
Kitchen Consultation
Clean out your fridge and pantry and restock/organize them in a way that encourages healthier choices at meal time.
May be combined with the grocery

Virtual Fitness Classes
Join me three times per week for 45-minute virtual fitness classes (HIIT, low-impact strength training, and stretching/mobility).
Minimal equipment required.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
